Modcon Building Services Pty Ltd is owned and operated by Master Builder and qualified Draftsman, Andrew Ross who has been building homes & pools on the Northern Beaches and the North Shore for more than 20 years.

Modcon specialises in all aspects of Residential Building; High End Architectural Building Works, New Homes, Large Scale Renovations, Alterations and Additions & Pool Building.

Andrew has an exceptional eye for detail and no matter the project, he and his team have a commitment to providing the highest level of quality and service to our clients. This outstanding quality and service is reflected in the repeat business received over many years from a number of clients.

Modcon offers services to our clients at all stages of the building process. We have long standing relationships with a number of highly regarded Architects, Draftsman & Engineers and all other Sub-Contractors that may be required for your build.
