Our renovation involved extending bedrooms, additional balcony space, relocation of main stairway, new kitchen and bathroom as well as ensuites to bedrooms. The original home has now been transformed into a modern family home. The quality of the workmanship Is excellent. Modcon Building also did additional work by widening the driveway and doing some landscaping. It was wonderful to be able to do all this work via the one company.
Andrew has always been available to discuss alterations to our plans and to recommend better solutions. I can recommend him and his company to any prospective renovator, as I know they will be very pleased with the high quality of workmanship.
